2. No fast food. This is a huge no, no. You really want to stay away from fast food at restaurants, and do not got through the drive through either. So the next time you go to a fast food joint and you think that it is ok because you got a salad, remember places like that are all about profit. They will tell you anything to get you money. Restraints love money and they have to make a profit so they will choose the worst stuff to make their food with. The ingredients are really poor especially in protein. They tell you that you can make good choices in what you eat, they will tell you anything to get you in the doors.

So the next time you get grilled chicken with lettuce and a nice looking tomato, that is barely healthy eating. The truth is you really need to work at getting the right food for healthy eating. You need to plan what you will eat and get on a good schedule and find a good place to get you food. The best way to get good food is to spend time cooking, cleaning and cutting it the right way to give yourself the full benefits of eating good. You will realize that after eating healthy food will taste much better and will give a good scene of healthy eating and make you more alert. When you put a lot of fast food in your body it will make you feel bad. After you get full of all that grease, you want to take a nap and that is the worst thing you can do. If you start to make one improvement a day you will start to feel better. Then in a few months you will be eating great.

3. Eat more fruits and vegetables Start with just a few servings a day and work your way up to 4. If you eat a lot of vegetables then this will be a little easier. After you get to 4 servings, you may think that this is enough but it is not. You need to keep eating greens and go up to 10 servings a day. Stick with a good rich in fiber organic fruits and veggies.

4. Eat almonds and walnuts. 2 oz a day split them up half and half. One half in the morning and the other in the after noon. You want to try and stick to roasted nuts, most nuts have a lot of trans fat in them. You see the whole point in eating nuts is to fill you up so you do not eat as much, doing this will help you lose more weight.

5. You want to stay consistent with every workout. Keeping your workouts consistent is what will help sustain an efficient and effective workouts. So the key to great workouts is to stay on track and keep your workouts on a schedule. Make sure you get the right intake of food and you will start to notice a huge difference in your weight.
