Want to lose weight? Have you considered aloe weight loss? Perhaps not. Perhaps you haven’t even heard of that option.
If that’s the case, let me introduce you to a regime that works wonderfully well for me – and for countless others. It has been aptly described as a nutritional cleansing programme, followed by a long-term weight loss plan. Taking away the guesswork, it enables gradual and healthy weight loss and then gives the knowledge of how to stay at your desired weight.
Essentially in two parts, the regime starts with a ‘spring clean’ – cleansing the body of unnatural chemicals to kick-start a cleaner, healthier lifestyle. This process chiefly involves drinking lots of aloe vera gel (and water), chewing bee pollen tablets and having a lunchtime nutritious shake. Oh – and exercising (walking, running, cycling or swimming) for 20 minutes daily!
Yes, that’s how you spend the first two days – with a 600-calorie meal at the end of the second day! I expect you can easily imagine how ambrosial that meal tastes – and how clean you feel inside (as well, perhaps, as a little light-headed!)
Things improve somewhat after that as you settle into the regime for a further seven days (now with 2 shakes and a 600-calorie meal daily) and enjoy feeling lighter as well as internally cleaner. By Day 9 I had lost 6 lbs in weight and a whole inch off my waist. I was then ready for the next step (Nutri-Lean) – the one that aids the body’s natural cleansing process while burning stored fat cells to achieve and maintain a healthy weight.
It also helps develop good eating habits for life-long weight-management and overall improved health. Do you see how aloe weight loss makes perfect sense for me – and could for you too, potentially? The best bit, I think, is that this programme is the prelude to a way of life, rather than a diet. It’s about new habits and new attitudes. It’s about health and weight maintenance!
