Throw in some exercise each day and you will lose weight fairly quickly.

Break bad habits

If you have some bad habits you will need to break them in order to lose weight and keep it off. Maybe you gorge on ice cream or pizza a couple of time a week, or you eat junk food and drink to many sodas each day. If you do not break these habits and replace them healthier behavior you will simply go right back to your previous overweight condition. Replace the junk food with fruits and vegetables and replace the sodas with water. After a while you won’t want to go back to junk food because you will develop a taste for the healthier food. Pack a lunch each morning with healthy foods so you don’t eat out at lunchtime. Pack enough food so you can snack mid morning and mid afternoon without buying junk food. Soon you will have replaced your bad eating habits with healthy eating habits and you will get your weight under control and possibly save money, as well.
